Vendor Information

We pride ourselves in having the best vendors and consignors around!
Our store measures over 35,000 square feet, offers over 130 booth spaces, and a large consignment furniture sales floor.
When selecting new vendors, we look to add variety to our selection and creativity in merchandise on display.

To become a vendor… you must submit an application by clicking the link below.

Once application has been submitted, reply to the confirmation email with 5-7 photos of booth staging or items you would like to place in your booth. Your application will be considered complete when we receive both your application and photos. We will then notify you when space becomes available.

Booth Rental Rates:
Booth rent for a 10×10 space is $145/month. 10×20 booths are $290/month. Each vendor will be charged 2.5% on all credit card transactions processed from sales within your individual booth.  Each booth comes equipped with electricity.  If you choose to use the outlet, there will be a $5 monthly charge. Rental charges will be deducted from your monthly sales along with a 10% sales commission.

To become a consignor… you must submit photos of all items you wish to consign to consignment@misslucillesmarketplace.com

ONLY furniture is accepted on consignment. No lamps, pictures, rugs, additional decor, etc.

Once items are approved you will be asked to schedule an appointment with our consignment furniture manager Tuesday, Wednesday, or Friday from 10am-5pm to fill out paperwork and enter your items into our inventory.

After your initial consignor appointment, all items will still need to be approved, however, items may be dropped off and logged by the consignor during store hours Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Consignment Rates:
Our consignment rate is 60/40 with 60% going to the consignor.  The consignment period is 90 days.  We discount your pieces by only 10% a month. Prices will be based on the original price, your input, our experience with similar items, our research, quality, age, and most of all, condition.
